Summary

Automotive World 2026 was held at Tokyo Big Sight from January 21 through 23, 2026.

According to an announcement by the organizer, RX Japan Ltd., the total number of visitors to Automotive World 2026 for the entire exhibition (3-day total), including "NEPCON Japan," "Factory Innovation Week," and "Smart Logistics EXPO" held concurrently, was 78,673, slightly down from 85,430 last year and in line with 77,744 visitors the year before last (2024).

At this year’s Expo, there was an impression that there were fewer exhibitors from Tier 1 suppliers, Chinese suppliers, and magnet-related companies in the motor-related sector, but there were many suppliers exhibiting products such as insulation.

This report introduces the exhibits of e-Axle, motors, components and materials at Automotive World 2026 (17th EV Japan EV/HV/FCV Technology Expo, 18th Car-Ele Japan International Automotive Electronics Technology Expo, and 12th Car-Mecha Japan Automotive Components & Processing Technology Expo).
