You may cancel subscriptions anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by law.

13. Termination

Some disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with arbitration rules. Arbitration is at the election of the party initiating the claim.
16. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. A representative will attempt resolution within 30 days.
16.2 Formal Proceedings
If informal resolution fails, disputes proceed through arbitration or litigation as agreed.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed, and remaining provisions continue in full effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, including our Privacy Policy and any other documents referenced, constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral.
19. Waiver & Amendment
- Failure to enforce any right does not constitute waiver of that right
- We may amend these Terms by posting updated versions; continued use implies acceptance
- No amendment is valid unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative
