The Automotive Engineering Exposition 2024 was held from May 22 (Wednesday) to May 24 (Friday), 2024, at the Pacifico Yokohama convention and exhibition center.
This year, the North Hall (6,300 m2) was added to the usual exhibition hall (20,000 m2) area, and the number of exhibitors expanded from 499 companies (1,115 booths) last year to 590 companies (1,378 booths).
According to an announcement by the organizer, the Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan (JSAE), the total number of visitors registered for the three-day event was 75,972, up nearly 20% from 63,810 last year, and the venue was quite crowded at certain times of the day.
This report introduces inverters, electric components, thermal management components, bearings, connection components, power electronics-related components, insulation materials, and resin materials for electric vehicles (BEV, HEV, FCEV).
