    Investigate in detail vehicle energy consumption on legislative cycles installing a comprehensive sensor instrumentation.
  • M2.2 – Control Strategy & Thermal Management
    Analyze the energy consumption and control strategies for thermal management that impact efficiency, driving range and comfort.
  • M2.4 – Charging Performance
    Equip an air-conditioned chassis Dyn. with a high-power DC charger to test the charging performance under different temperature conditions.
  • M3.11 – Design Benchmark HV Battery

    The Xpeng G9 is equipped with a 98 kWh battery with a nominal voltage of 617 V and uses Sunwoda prismatic NMC cells.

  • M3.12 – Design Benchmark EDU (e-Axle)

    The front EDU is capable of 175 kW peak power and has an induction motor, Si IGBT inverter, and 1-speed gearbox. The rear EDU is capable of 230 kW peak power and has an induction motor, SiC MOSFET inverter, and 1-speed gearbox.
    The report can be purchased separately for the front e-Axle and rear e-Axle.

  • M3.13 – Design Benchmark Electronics (OBC & DCDC)

    In the XPeng G9, the benchmarked power electronics include an integrated on-board charger and DC/DC converter.
