The Tokyo Motor Show 2019 (period: October 24 to November 4, 2019, venue: Tokyo Big Sight exhibition complex) was held under the theme of “OPEN FUTURE”. This exhibition is held once every two years, but this year the East Wing was unable to be used for the event due to construction underway in preparation for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic games. Therefore, the event took place in the West Wing and new South Wing in the Ariake area, and was enlarged to include special event space in the Aomi Exhibition Hall. The exhibitions of parts suppliers were held primarily on the 4th floor of the West Wing and the 4th floor of the South Wing, where a multitude of products related to electrification were displayed.
