Summary

 The Automotive Engineering Exposition 2019 Yokohama (May 22 through 24, 2019 at the Pacifico Yokohama Convention Center) was held with the theme “local creation supported by new automotive technologies” aiming to show the direction of “vehicle” evolution integrated with IoT and AI innovative social infrastructure technologies; the content of exhibits of technology and services went beyond the confines of the automotive industry with participation by companies such as three of Japan’s largest cell phone companies.
