The WCX18: SAE World Congress Experience was held from April 10 through April 12, 2018 in Detroit, Michigan, U.S., for the second year since its name change. One of the major themes at WCX18 was the development and effects of self-driving technology and vehicles. Both GM and Ford emphasized autonomous technology and vehicles at their exhibits.
