Among OEMs based in the E.U. and U.S., booths that were particularly popular included the VW Group, which stood out for its eye popping amount of floor space and the number of vehicles it exhibited, GM, which has headquarters in Shanghai, and Mercedes-Benz, that debuted the A-Class sedan, for its world premiere.
