Outline

Our original 6-blade reamer for high-precision hole finishing.
It is compatible with a wide variety of work materials, including iron and cast iron,
and ensures stable quality on mass production lines.

Feature

The 6-blade structure enables high-feed and high-precision finishing
Optimized cutting edge shape ensures excellent roundness and surface roughness
Specially coated (or non-coated) versions available for ferrous machining
Flute design for high chip evacuation
Coolant hole (groove) design to cover cutting edge
These are specially designed/manufactured products to suit the workpiece and jig

Use・Results

In actual practice, the cutting edge diameter is often set to around φ15-21,
and an internal lubrication system using a hydro chuck holder is generally used.
V=70m/min, f=0.2mm/teeth, machining allowance φ0.5
In addition, the hole depth is approximately L/D = 1 to 2,
and there are many successful cases of through holes.
For requirements that exceed the performance of the reamer, we will propose alternative tooling.
