-The Company develops and manufactures polyurethane foam, providing innovative, lightweight and sustainable comfort and insulation solutions across multiple industries. The Company is a pure play insulation company.
-The Company is organized into three operating divisions: Insulation Boards, Insulated Panels, and Acoustic Insulation.
-In 2020, the Company completed the divestiture of its Automotive Interiors business to Admetos GmbH, a privately owned investment company. The Company also divested its 50% stake in the Eurofoam joint venture to Greiner AG. In June 2023, the Company completed the sale of its Engineered Foams division to Carpenter Co. Under the transaction, the Company will retain ownership of the Soundcoat Company Inc., which develops and manufactures acoustic and thermal insulation, as well as a 33% stake in Orsa Foram S.p.A., a joint venture which provides foam products in Southern Europe.
