Summary
The popularization of 48V system components has brought a further increase in low-priced variations of electric drive systems. At the JSAE Automotive Engineering Exposition 2019 (held in May 22~24, 2019 at the Pacifico Yokohama), many of these new drive systems were exhibited. This report makes a cross-sectional review of new drive systems and integrated electric axle drives proposed by each exhibiting company.
