Summary

The 10th Battery Japan and 15th FC (Fuel Cell) Expo were 2 of 9 shows held during World Smart Energy Week 2019 from February 27 to March 1, 2019 at the Tokyo Big Sight exhibition center, organized by Reed Exhibition Japan, drawing participation from many exhibitors from around the world. Participating exhibitors for this year’s Battery Japan totaled 330 companies and for the FC Expo 270 companies. MarkLines staff visited both shows, in particular the exhibition booths related to the automotive industry to provide press coverage on the components used on EVs and FCVs, which is the subject of this report.
